Current winds seem not to match with the game, or is it the next wind change??

Always a scary time right before this change. If you read the wind posts you will figure it out, I am a pilot, not an engineer!

Have faith in zevo... or bob around in holes of no air...:)

P.S. Thank you Cvetan!

Just that the wind on the chart does not match the current winds in the game, yet speed is correct (at a 0,1 of a mile).

winds and boat speed are in line now again after the 19:00 change. just wondered why I was going 15 mph in a 4.3 mph wind...

I also just noticed that the message time is still summer time...

Hmmm, since last shift 1300 Mon, numbers not matching up. Polars? Time stamp? Me? Sync? Just seems off for some reason way way beyond me. Help anyone?

Kts. vs. kms? I did notice that it was very hard to log into vorg and had to reset Interface options (could not get in before 1300 monday shift (east coast US)Made the que about 15-20 minutes late (1320) and then had to reset options.

Seems like I remember reading something about that. Anyway, since the shift my numbers are a little off SS suggests MS at 14.8 but LS is faster 15.something.

Not a big deal here. still following course (buoy 3) But this is the first I have seen my numbers off since starting leg 2.

TY

Aarrggg, Sorry all, please egnore post (unless you do it too)

When I had to reset options on game interface I did not notice that I needed to reset the chart on SS, I had to click back on the Pro sails option to get the numbers back right.

Doh!

It catches me sometimes too. Have the habit to check pro sails if there is sudden change or the track looks weird.

In this leg, all the tracks look weird. I have never seen so confused systems! I am just going to follow zezoorg around the ocean. :-)

I feel stupid. Thought I could outsmart the weather router, but now it seems that the GC approach would work fairly well in this leg.

For folks in computer science that would decode as 'garbage collection' and would make even less sense ;)
