It doesn't make sense to me. Maybe it is better explained in the French or Spanish versions?

Means there is a big in the programmer, so better avoid using it.

Possibly has to do something with the switch to winter time, but that's just a guess.

Yesterday night, we could not program a course change between 00:00 and 02:00 hours.

In the day of the switch itself a local time between 01 and 02 UTC us meaningless, because it happens twice, so they have probably disabled the programmer during that interval.

And then forgot to remove the restriction because it's Sunday and there is no one at the office or something.

I don't know what is going on right now, but there is nothing I can do to prevent my boat from tacking over onto Stbd at 1500-1530 CET. I tack, it tacks back. I've done this a seriously penalizing half a dozen times just because I can't believe it is happening. If this isn't fixed by midnight or so it will not be worth continuing. TWA lock even drifts around a few degrees. One cycle it will be 140, next 141, then back to 140. But always Stbd.

A follow up,
After sailing a long stbd leg I was able to go onto port and it seems to have behaved normally (I did sleep but I am where I expect to be).

I know this isn't somewhere anyone could do anything about it, but maybe if I can get everyone to panic it will be good for a couple of places in the standings <joke>
