If i look to the ranking list, my ranking disapeared from the first leg.
Does anybody know how i can retrieve it?

I just signed up for leg to of the VOR, and I am a little concerned. When I click on standings and click on race (Default is leg) I dont show up in any of the rankings. At the bottom of the rankings is a message. "You haven't finished any leg for this race." Now granted 1,442 is nothing to brag about, but I finished in the top fifty in the United States, and something like third for Maryland. Does anyon else have this problem?

You mean to tell me they are not tracking any thing but level 14? Your kidding. So unless I am at level 14 it will show I haven't finished any legs? Just how many level 14s are there?

They are tracking everything, but you have to be Level 14(TM) to appear on the list. You can't just say "I'm 836th in the game", no. You are level 12 or something. It's the mobile market model, you see.

Sideshow got just 1600 points, BTW. At level 1.

Open office gives me something like
1600/(ranking)^(0.45) for the 10 first.

Not working for you (you would have 169 points), there should be a cut somewhere but difficult to find with only one point ;)

Also Rostef place 8 is not on level 14
I disappeared not only in the worldwide ranking but also on country level,city level and yachtclublevel?

Sideshow is level 3 (was 1 before the 1600 points)

The leg/race ranking is for the first X for the race.

Level works for the overall VSR ranking (ok, it's the same. Just not defined as the 'first 1000' but as the 'Everyone with more than 50K points). But they can adjust the points to 60K to keep the number of players in control.

There is a thread open by "Your MOM" in VR club house asking to clarify this from before the starting of leg 3.

Not surprisingly, the moderators who happens to sometimes know everything..they don't even answer.

They never do aswell as VR team when it's a delicate issue.

Specially taking into consideration that it was an enourmous difference between the points given in leg 2 when compared to leg 1. And noone knows why and what is the criteria.

There's an old written rule in sailing that all important information about a race has to be available to the competitors in the "announcement" and in the "rules of race", And they are previous to the race.

Maybe the only sailing this people in VR have done was in a lake with a toy boat amongst the ducks!

I was absent for like 2-3 years because of the shitty service of VR, crashing systems minutes before start of a race and constant black-outs during important course changes.

Coming back I noticed a ridiculous card system, complete changed ranking system (I�m still level 8 despite losing points for not attending races for 2-3 years) where I cannot find the result of the past races, a charnel house called clubhouse, complete lack of further information we use to have and last but not least the same if not worse shittly service.

My message to VR: Plus �a change, plus c'est la m�me chose...

PS VR has a loooong history of changes nobody understand and never bother to explain.
