For the Sydney-Hobart, the parameter Foils is :

The speed parameter Foils is :
twsMin:16 & twsMax:35
But in the table “Route Rezo”, cells paint in black do not correspond has these speeds (column TWS)
And that mean the parameters twaMerge and twsMerge?
