There was not much I could do anyway - getting in sync with the current VR conditions still leaves you in different situation once VR gets in sync with NOAA.

For me, the exact transition has been between 13:10 and 13:12 GMT, for a constant TWA at 45,4°, i went from heading 229 to 218,8...!!!
