The router currently likes the idea, but it has unrealistic expectations in the channel. It seems to think we can reach through there at TWA 75 or so. In fact, we'd need to tack a couple times, beating into a wind that's blowing straight down the channel.
The difference at Mark 1 is roughly 15 minutes with the current forecast and that inaccuracy... Anyone have insight into whether or not correction of that inaccuracy would cost more than 15 minutes? (Aside from the risk of running aground while short-tacking through a tiny channel)
Are any adjustments to the router's definition of those landmasses possible, to force it to recognize that a couple tacks will be necessary to get through there? No worries if not.
